Registration fees for participants and students include: conference proceedings, conference bag, welcome reception and coffee breaks. Registration fees for sponsors include one person registration for the conference and the sponsor's logo at the conference proceedings and program. Registration fees for exhibitors include one person conference registration, a bench for exhibiting promotional materials and the exhibitor logo at the conference proceedings and program.

Payment should be made without charges to the beneficiary by one of the following methods:

- By cheque or money order made out to UTH, Research Committee -Code number 4054.

- By credit card by visiting the following link of UTH, Research Committee: http://ee.uth.gr/conference/registration.php?c=4054, (additional charges for Master Card: 2.7%, Visa/Visa Electron: 2.2%, American Express: 3.5%).

It is absolutely necessary your name as well as the code 4054 appear on your payment, For example: “J. Smith-4054”.

Participants who wish an invoice (instead of a receipt) for their deposit for the fees of the Conference are kindly asked to inform University of Thessaly Research Committee (Ms. Gerotoliou N.  ngerotoliou@uth.gr, tel.: 0030 24210 06408) in a period of six (6) days from the deposition date.
The invoice contain info in relation with the name, the affiliation, the address, the VAT number and the responsible tax authority and everybody who wishes an invoice should provide us with the respective information.
